MON:  MALTA
Half day tour of Valletta. Our guided tour through the bustling streets will first allow you to view the Barracca Gardens that command a breathtaking panorama of the Grand Harbour and then to St. John’s Co-Cathedral, adorned in riches that date back to the Knights of Malta including the world famous Caravaggio painting that is on display in the Oratory of this Cathedral. We also visit the Church Museum that is adorned with Flemish tapestries. After we will also view from the outside the Grand Master’s Palace and other buildings of historical importance. Lastly we stop at the Malta Experience, a multi-vision show that depicts Malta’s history throughout the ages. Afternoon at leisure.

TUE:  MALTA
A half day tour to the old capital city of Mdina. During our walk in the ‘Silent City’, we visit the imposing bastions which allow us to admire a panorama of most of the island. Later we proceed to Dingli Cliffs. Finally we stop at the botanic gardens of San Anton. Afternoon at leisure. Optional Sunset Cruise visiting St. Paul’s Islands and the Grand Harbour.

WED:  MALTA
A day at leisure to explore Malta on your own.

THU:  MALTA – GOZO – COMINO – MALTA
A full day’s tour to Malta’s sister island of Gozo. After a twenty-minute crossing, on setting foot in Gozo, you will notice that although both islands are similar in history and development, Gozo has a character entirely of its own. Gozo, which is a three hilled island, is greener and more picturesque than Malta. During this excursion, we visit the temples of Ggantija, the Azur Window at Dwejra, the citadel in Victoria, the bay of Xlendi. Free time for shopping will also be given – Gozo is reknowned for its woolen goods and handmade lace. (Lunch included).

FRI – SAT:  MALTA
At leisure in Malta. We suggest an optional tour to one of Malta’s few unspoilt villages in the south of the island, or explore the beaches, sidewalk cafes and shops.
